LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
All Shield Bedwetting Alarms purchased through shieldbedwettingalarm.com and authorized resellers come with a 1-year limited warranty on the alarm unit and 3-months limited warranty on the Strong Hold Sensor. All The warranty will be declared null and void for all Shield bedwetting alarms purchased from non-authorized resellers. The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. The 1-year warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) this product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”). Repair or replacement under the terms of this Warranty does not give right to any extension or a new beginning of the period of warranty.
Claims under the Warranty To obtain Warranty Service, please contact the Shield dealer from which you purchased this product or click the form below. You will need to return the product to the dealer in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service: (a) the product, (b) proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the dealer, the date of purchase and the product type, and (c) reason for return. As part of our efforts to reduce environmental waste you understand that the product may consist of reconditioned equipment that contains used components, some of which have been reworked. The used components all live up to our high quality standards and comply with our product performance and reliability specifications. You understand that replaced parts or components will become our property.
This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by use with non-Shield products; to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Shield or with improper voltage or power supply; or to damage caused by service performed by anyone.
